At EasySiteLog, we strive to provide the best possible service for construction professionals. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for subscription payments.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our Pro plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies only to your first payment and is limited to one refund per customer.

2.2 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our Service and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • After the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period has expired
  • For partial months of service (subscriptions are charged monthly)
  • If you have already used the Pro features extensively (e.g., exported multiple reports)
  • For previous subscription periods (only current month is eligible)
  • For accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative payment methods.

4.2 Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

4.3 Account Status

Upon issuing a refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately. You will lose access to all Pro features, but your data will be retained.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

6. Subscription Pauses

We do not offer the ability to pause subscriptions. However, you can cancel your subscription and re-subscribe at any time in the future. Please note that re-subscribing may be subject to current pricing, which may differ from your original subscription price.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us for a refund, your account will be immediately suspended. To resolve the dispute and regain access to your account, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
